Single lift generator module
PMF Mechanical has completed manufacture of a Single lift generator module (SLM) for an offshore application of the coast of Qatar.
The single lift module (SLM) with a weight of 199 tons and dimensions of 13800 x 9600 x 16196 was manufactured in our factory in Farmsum, near the international port of Delfzijl. PMF was contracted to carry out the project management, production of the detailed workshop drawings, work preparation and fabrication of all structural steel, piping and gratings. In addition to manufacturing the SLM, PMF was responsible for assembly, E&I, hydro testing, painting and as-built documentation in accordance with project specifications, codes and standards including ASME, AWS and API.
