TEG Module, Delfzijl
A beautiful skid made in Delfzijl - The process module which weighs 95 tons and measures 1865x596x1168 was manufactured in six months from order placement to delivery. Working closely with our customer throughout the project we set ourselves the objective to build the skid together within an expedient delivery schedule and we’re proud of the result.
PMF Mechanical were contracted to execute project management, production of the detailed workshop package, material procurement, work preparation and fabrication of all piping according to 6 piping classes, all structural steel and supports, grating bolting and gaskets and spreader beam. In addition to the manufacture of the skid PMF was responsible for assembly, testing, painting, transport packing, preparation for shipment, and as-built documentation in accordance with the project specifications, codes and standards including ASME, AWS and API.
